Disneyland® Park
Since 1955, Orange County has been home to a very famous
Mouse. Disneyland® Park, Mickey Mouse’s kingdom and the
crowning jewel of Walt Disney’s marketing vision, entertains
millions of visitors each year and is one of the most well-known
landmarks of Southern California. The park encompasses more than
60 major rides, 50 shops and 30 restaurants spanned among eight
themed lands. New innovations like the “FastPass” system
helps keep waiting in line to a minimum.
Disney’s California Adventure® Park
Disney’s California Adventure® Park in Anaheim just might
be the second happiest place on earth. Located directly across from
Disneyland® Park, Disney's California Adventure® Park squeezes
a sampling of the Golden State’s major attractions like Hollywood,
Santa Monica Pier, Gold Rush country and others, into 55 acres of
thrill rides, exhibits, shops, dining and other entertainment. Disney's

is The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, an eerie trip through a haunted
hotel with a 130 ft. drop at the end of it all.
Downtown Disney® District
Downtown Disney® District is a 300,000 sq. ft. dining/shopping/entertainment
promenade. It features such flagship entertainment facilities as
a House of Blues®, a 12-screen movie theater and an ESPN Zone®.
There are also 15 shops (including the inevitable, and massive,
World of Disney Store®), seven full-service restaurants, and
an open-air bar. It’s a fun place to relax after a busy day
at the theme parks.
The Shops at Anaheim Garden Walk
The Shops at Anaheim Garden Walk promises to be one of Anaheim's
top shopping, entertainment and dining destinations. Located just
steps from Disneyland and a short walk from the Portofino Inn &
Suites, this chic and modern outdoor mall is sure to fulfill all
of your shopping and dining needs. Browse a variety of upscale stores
such as Hollister, The Sunglass Hut, and Tommy Bahama just to name
a few or grab a bite at some of the world's top restaurants and
eateries such as Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., P.F. Chang's, Bowling, Movie
Theatre, 24 Hour Fitness, and McCormick & Schmick's. Please

Anaheim Convention Center
Anaheim first became a meetings and conventions destination in 1967
with the construction of the domed Arena which stands on Katella
Avenue. Since those early days, the Anaheim Convention Center has
gone through three major expansion projects plus several cosmetic
renovations to update the Center. Each expansion added another major
exhibit hall plus meeting space. The recently completed expansion
is a complete transformation of the Anaheim Convention Center structure

Angels Stadium
Angels Stadium is home to the 2002 World Champion Anaheim Angels.
The stadium was renovated at a total cost estimated at $100 million
and the project was completed in time for the Anaheim Angels’
Opening Day, April 1, 1998. Angels Stadium has a seating capacity
of approximately 45,050 and benefits from the beautiful Orange County
weather.
Honda Center
As one of Southern California’s premier entertainment and
sports venue, Honda Center hosts a variety of first-class events
each year including concerts, sporting events and family shows.
The 650,000 sq. ft. arena is home to the NHL Anaheim Ducks as well
as the prestigious John R. Wooden Classic. Annual events include
the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, the World Wrestling
Entertainment and the Harlem Globetrotters.
Knott’s Berry Farm
Knott’s Berry Farm, America’s oldest and twelfth most-visited
amusement park, re-creates the atmosphere of the Old West in six
themed areas including Ghost Town, Fiesta Village, Wild Water Wilderness,
Indian Trails, The Boardwalk and Camp Snoopy. In all, Knott’s
Theme Park features 160 acres of wild rides, live shows and family
attractions and is open every day of the year except Christmas.
Discovery Science Center
Imaginations twist and fly through more than 100 hands-on exhibits
at Discovery Science Center in Santa Ana. Exhibits include Virtual
Volleyball, a Bed of Nails, a Shake Shack and Dino Quest –
the World’s First Interactive Dinosaur Adventure! Now Open
- Discovery Science Center has partnered with the Anaheim Ducks
to showcase The Science of Hockey, a permanent exhibition that explores
physics, physiology and flying pucks! Open Daily 10am-5pm.
Catalina Island
Time seems to slow down here. Enjoy crystal clear waters, sunlit
beaches and the relaxing sensation of “island time”.
Rent a golf cart or explore quaint shops, dining and a historical
casino in the City of Avalon. Spot a buffalo on the bus ride across
the island to the village of Two Harbors. Website
Bolsa Chica State Beach and Ecological Reserve
“Bolsa Chica” means “little pocket” in Spanish,
as the area was once part of a historic Spanish land grant. The
Beach is the spot folks come for surf fishing for everything from
perch to sand shark. Keep an eye out for the unique sport of barehanded

Ocean Institut, Dana Point
The Ocean Institute is nationally known for its marine science,
environmental education and history programs. Weekends are your
chance of ocean science when the Ocean Institute opens to the public.

International Surfing Museum
The International Surfing Museum located in Huntington Beach, is
home to a collection of some of the artifacts in the history of
surfing. Website
Pacific Marine Mammal Center
Have fun observing and learning about California Northern elephant
seals, harbor seals and fur nonprofit organization dedicated to
the rescue, and release of marine mammmals stranded along Orange
County coastline. Admission is free. Website
Mission San Juan Capistrano
Experience culture and history in many ways - from audio tours,
to educational tour booklets, fun exhibits and historical re-enactments.

Crystal Cove State Park
Breath-taking! Three miles of Pacific coastline, plus wooded canyons,
open bluffs, and offshore waters designated as an underwater park.
It is an amazing feeling of being “away from it all”
despite being so near to one of the largest populated centers in

1000 Steps Beach
If the local residents had it their way, this spot is only for those
in-the-know. It has a friendly, cool beach scene of surfing and
volleyball accessible via a steep set of stairs. There aren’t
really 1000 steps, but actually about 230 steps that feel like 1,000
given their steep nature. Website
Peter Blake Gallery
This nationally and internationally acclaimed gallery opened in
1993 with a philosophy that a gallery shouldn’t just be about
retail. It specializes in showcasing the contemporary and modern
works by established and talented emerging California artists. Exhibits
